Seismosoft applications feature extensive and detailed built-in Help Systems, which should, in the majority of cases, provide users with all the technical assistance they require. However, should the latter come across difficulties which cannot apparently be solved by a simple reading of the Help System, then access to the Discussion Forum might prove useful.

It is noted that, as customary in these cases, users are strongly advised to read carefully all previously published discussions before submitting a new query of their own. In other words, please do use the 'Search' function, so that Forum responders may focus on producing prompt answers to new problems/difficulties, rather than spending time on repeated and already discussed issues.

We also hope that this Forum will cater for the fostering of collaboration between the users community (8653 registered Forum members, as of October 2012), and thus encourage users to respond to queries posted by other users.
