Computing cross section

Dear Seismosoft support,
On the verification report Ch4-blind-02A file, user defined element frames are used to model the slab. How did you determine the indicated section properties for viga_1? EA=1,170,000kN, EI=975kN-m^2, EI=78975kN-m^2
Using these properties, I back compute the section to be 0.9x0.1 m but I'm wondering how this agrees to its tributary area, if any. The same question can be asked for viga_2 and viga_3.
